VM Online will have a planned outage on Thursday, 18th June 2026 between 8:00PM - 11:00PM.
This planned outage is to deploy changes bug fixes for the following items:
1. VMCS-11430 & VMCS-11461: The Open Tasks report to pull current 2026 adopted values instead of historical 2025 figures.
2. VMCS-11468, VMCS-11472 & VMCS-11478: To provide clean data for review, we resolved an issue where certain assessments were appearing on multiple duplicate lines in the valuation and open tasks extracts.
3. VMCS-11526: Restored the population of Change SV/CIV/NAV columns for proposed and pending assessments in the Open Task XLSX.
4. VMCS-11439: Missing current valuation values for cancelled assessments and removed "junk" GUID data from the Rating Code column in the Pre-Committal export.
5. VMCS-11454: Resolved an error that was preventing the download of the Civica Authority (Reval) file.
6. VMCS-11394 & VMCS-11467: Valuers able to un-signing objections, which previously left assessments "stuck" in QA Ready or Setup states.
7. VMCS-11455: Backend updates to correctly close off migrated objections that were stuck in an "In Project" status.
8. VMCS-11447 & VMCS-11529: Apportionment tables and net rent templates appeared blank until a project was committed.
9. VMCS-11495 & VMCS-11496: Restored the ability to sort the Valuation Tasks list by Assessment Number and Property Status.
10. VMCS-11480: Long project names would push the "Delete" icon off-screen.
11. VMCS-11490: Standard Site Influences were not being correctly applied during the bulk activation process.
12. VMCS-11506: Windfall Tax projects loaded by SRO were not correctly registering or appearing in the VM system.
13. VMCS-11501: Refining the data template grid to better handle copy/paste mapping and numerical misinterpretations (like blank cells becoming "0").
All services are expected to be restored by 11:00 PM on Thursday, 18th June 2026.
