VM Online will have a planned outage on Thursday, 11th June 2026 between 8:00PM - 11:00PM.
This planned outage is to deploy changes bug fixes for the following items:
1. Bass Coast - council extract issue with decimal numbers (VMCS-11264)
TechnologyOne extracts now display assessment numbers exactly as they appear in VM, ensuring decimal places are retained and whole numbers do not show unnecessary decimal suffixes.
2. Pre-committal: Rating code showing as GUID (VMCS-11439)
The pre-committal report has been updated to display human-readable rating codes instead of internal system GUIDs.
3. Lease data import Australian date format (VMCS-11407)
The Lease data import grid now strictly supports the Australian date format (DD/MM/YYYY) to prevent dates from being transposed or imported in US format.
4. Valuation Tasks Grid - Bulk paste/comma-separated filtering (VMCS-11409)
The Valuation Tasks Grid now allows users to paste lists of assessment numbers from external sources, automatically converting them into comma-separated values for bulk filtering.
5. Supp view grid: error when loading some assessments (VMCS-11432)
A fix has been implemented to resolve loading errors in the Supp View grid caused by assessments with large CIV changes.
6. Influence Level Reordering and Bulk Update sorting (VMCS-11401 & VMCS-11406)
Users can now reorder influence levels in the Modelling space, with these custom sort orders correctly reflected in all Data Management bulk update dropdowns.
7. Renaming of packets (VMCS-11388)
The packet renaming process has been corrected to ensure that the rename action is always applied to the specific packet selected by the user.
8. Deleting a packet in V10 (VMCS-11460)
The packet deletion tool has been updated to ensure that only the selected packet is removed rather than defaulting to the bottom of the list.
9. Objection Projects: NAV < 5% of CIV Validation (VMCS-11441)
The hard validation block for NAV being less than 5% of CIV has been removed for Objection projects to allow workflow progression when only CIV is being adjusted.
10. VIC > Bulk update > Inspection valuer list (VMCS-11359 & VMCS-11371)
The Inspection Valuer dropdown in Bulk Update now includes both Valuer and Analyst user types for Victorian
11. Manual override > Override data entry: Project name paste (VMCS-11417)
The Override data entry grid now correctly accepts pasted project names, resolving an issue where hidden characters caused validation errors.
